Masa Building 2 d.o.o. company was founded on August 19, 2019, in Zagreb and has continued operating in Varaždin since 2020. Although we belong to micro-entrepreneurs, our company is young, zestful, and ambitious. The founder and director gathered a team of capable, competent employees, managers, and engineers to implement contracted projects in a quality, conscientious and well-organized fashion.

The very beginning of the company dates back to 2012 when Masa Building 1 d.o.o. was founded in Ljubljana. Masa Building 1 was engaged in construction works on the adaptation of buildings in Germany (Offenbach am Main, Berlin, Bruckmühl, Düsseldorf, Münster, Stuttgart), Belgium (Leuven, Gavere, Zellik, Boirs), the Netherlands (Rotterdam), Luxembourg and Slovenia (Ljubljana, Postojna, Celje, Žiri, Logatec). The adaptations included assembly, roofing, plastering, sheet metal, facade, and finishing works (ceramic and painting) on public buildings, shopping malls, schools, hotels, multi-apartment buildings, family houses, and even ocean liners. We have achieved successful cooperation with investors across Europe, with whom we are still jointly implementing numerous projects, so we decided to establish Masa Building 2 d.o.o. to expand our presence on the market.

In late 2022, we saw the need to expand our activity to the construction of low-energy prefabricated buildings and family houses. The Republic of Croatia, as a European Union member, is bound by the Directive which regulates energy consumption and strives to reduce it.

One of the ways to achieve lower energy consumption is the construction of low-energy buildings that owe low consumption to their simple shape, south orientation, low-temperature heating system, good insulation of the entire building area, high-quality three-layer LOW-E IZO glass.

Standard insulated houses consume about 100 kWh/m², which is significantly more than in low-energy houses that consume 40 kWh/m² and passive houses that consume 15 kWh/m².

Our team of experienced professionals and employees characterized by organization, expertise, dedication to work, and a professional attitude toward each client works on project implementation. We only work with selected partners to whom we entrust all work that is not closely related to our core business, and we guarantee for their services. To successfully compete in the market, we strive to recognize customers’ needs and be a desirable partner in solving housing issues.
