About the construction system
Learn more about the construction system we use
We start the production of wall elements by making a wooden frame structure. The wooden beams we use are certified by the Austrian manufacturer Hasslacher Norica Timber and guarantee durability and quality. The filling between the load-bearing wooden elements is insulation (mineral wool) in a thickness that depends on the preselected wall thickness
The external walls made of a wooden load-bearing structure made of laminated and KVH beams d=12+5 to 18+5 cm are lined on the inside and outside with “Fermacell” panels d = 1.50 cm and on the outside they are covered with polystyrene for thermal insulation or some other insulation chosen by the investor. The walls are smoothed with a layer of construction adhesive with a mesh, and after the assembly of the house on the construction site, facade decorative plaster is applied to the exterior walls according to the wishes of the investor.
PVC joinery is installed on external walls in the process of making wall elements with very good thermal and sound insulation thanks to the 6-chamber geometry and the large installation depth of the frame and sash.
– improvements to window statics with reinforcements of 2 mm and 1.5 mm.
– intelligent sealing concept with three seals.
– the double and triple glazing system ensures maximum energy savings.
– small width of the front profile and a slope of 15° for a timeless look.
The production process of ceiling panels is similar to the production of wall panels.
The ceilings are made of wooden construction according to the static calculation with thermal insulation in a thickness of 140 mm from mineral wool, with the fact that a fire-resistant plasterboard is installed on the lower side.
A thick layer of insulation brings great energy savings.
Roof trusses are made in the factory from wooden beams with a standardized cross-section and form a roof structure that can be classic or flat according to the project of the building itself.
The roof structure consists of:
– tile Bramac “classic” (or other at the request of the investor)
– Lath and counter lath 50 x 30 mm
– PP foil
– Cladding solid board or Osb board 22 mm
-Roof beams made of laminated wood 80 x 220 mm with 200 mm of thermal insulation.
-PE film
-Wooden substructure (slat 28 mm)
– Plasterboard 12.5 mm
The mezzanine construction consists of:
– OSB board 22 mm
-Beds made of laminated wood 80 x 220 mm with 200 mm of thermal insulation.
– PE foil
-Wooden substructure (slat 28 mm)
– Plasterboard 12.5 mm
On the construction site and the previously prepared reinforced concrete slab, the wall elements are first installed with a crane, and after covering the roof, sheet metal and facade work is done. On the inside, electrical and plumbing connections, smoothing and painting of walls, finishing screed and installation of floor coverings are done.
The construction of the flat roof consists of wooden beams in the designed grid, as well as in the case of the mezzanine construction.
The flat roof construction comprises wooden beams in the designed grid, as with the mezzanine construction.
On-site assembly of the house is done using a crane on a prepared reinforced concrete slab and takes 10 to 15 days, depending on the size and complexity of the building. Roofing is followed by facade and sheet metal works, as well as the installation of fireproof plasterboard panels on the ceilings and the construction of chimney.
