All structural elements are factory-made under strictly controlled conditions and constant supervision and monitoring by our experts. The project realization does not require your presence or any involvement on the construction site.
Performance to the level of high roh bau takes 15-30 days.
The finishing works inside the building depend on the agreement with and wishes of the investor.
About the construction system
The production of wall elements begins with the fabrication of a wooden frame structure, and the space between the load-bearing vertical wooden elements is filled with insulation in a thickness dependent on the selected construction system. The wooden frame structure is covered on both sides with load-bearing gypsum fiber boards.
